No one will ever get frostmourn because when arthas took the blade arthas died and the first lick king took over his body. It's like someone takes control of your body and he knows everything about you. The lich king took over arthas body during Warcraft 3. So the only way to realy kill the lich king is to shatter the sword and break the helm. So if someone looted frostmourn then he would become the lich king.
